# What to do when email quota is exhausted?

If you would like to check how much you have used your email quota, kindly read here below:

1. Go to [Emails](https://merchant.nector.io/action?identifier=emailcommunication_action) Page inside **Communication**

2. Under **Your Quota** you can see the amount of emails sent out of your total quota for the month

Your emails quota is refreshed at the end of every month.

###### What if i have exhausted my quota ?

If you have exhausted your email quota you can add more email credits by [contacting us](https://help.nector.io/en/article/support-channels-lnyfsh/?bust=1706010566423).
The current pricing for additional mails is **1$ per 1000 mails**
