# Review FAQs

### Featured Review section not appearing

There are two possible reasons why this might happen:

#### Reviews program is disabled

To enable the Reviews Program, follow the below steps:

* Go to [Reviews Settings](https://merchant.nector.io/action?identifier=review_action) under **Reviews Program**

* Check if the **Status** is enabled

#### A minimum of 3 reviews have not been marked as featured

To mark reviews as featured follow the below steps:

* Go to [Reviews](https://merchant.nector.io/reviews?int_segment=all) Page inside the **Reviews Program**, use the **Search** option to search for the reviews you want

* Click on that review and go to the **Status** section

* Turn on the toggle button for the **Featured** option 

* Repeat the above steps until there's a minimum of **three** reviews marked as **Featured**
