After adding all these details,

![](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/-/d/9/9/4/d9947dc4cf2ed000/image15_10d7j2f.jpg)

click on **Initialize** to activate the integration.

### **Step 5: Define an Event in Nector to Send to Bik**

Create an event in Nector representing the action you want to notify via WhatsApp.

![](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/-/d/9/9/4/d9947dc4cf2ed000/image19_1ldvf53.jpg)

For example, you might create an event for **wallet points rewarded** within a particular journey.

![](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/-/d/9/9/4/d9947dc4cf2ed000/image20_1rqsvfq.jpg)

Once the event is set up, you will need to **map the Flow ID** from Bik into the Nector dashboard so that Nector can send triggers to the correct flow.

![](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/-/d/9/9/4/d9947dc4cf2ed000/image21_17rytxp.jpg)

### **Step 6: Create a Flow (Journey) in Bik**

In the Bik platform, go to the **Journeys** section to create a flow that will receive triggers from Nector.

![](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/-/d/9/9/4/d9947dc4cf2ed000/image22_xrvp8f.jpg)

Create a new (dummy) flow to demonstrate or configure the integration.

![](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/-/d/9/9/4/d9947dc4cf2ed000/image23_lnvoep.jpg)

Set up this dummy flow by defining a trigger (optional for this example) and adding a **WhatsApp template** action. Name the flow appropriately, e.g., **Test Test**.

![](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/-/d/9/9/4/d9947dc4cf2ed000/image25_cxpk8l.jpg)

After configuring the flow, click on **Save**.

![](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/-/d/9/9/4/d9947dc4cf2ed000/image27_1d9rl9l.jpg)

Your journey will now appear in the Journeys list.

![](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/-/d/9/9/4/d9947dc4cf2ed000/image28_jvftrr.jpg)

Return to the **Journey** section and locate the test flow you just created.Click on that test flow; in the URL, you will find the **Flow ID** just before the word “whatsapp.”

![](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/-/d/9/9/4/d9947dc4cf2ed000/image30_xubdxl.jpg)

Copy this Flow ID and paste it into the corresponding field in the Nector event configuration.
### **Step 7: Map Nector Properties to Bik Template Variables**
In Nector, select which Nector properties you want to use in your Bik WhatsApp template.
![](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/-/d/9/9/4/d9947dc4cf2ed000/image31_16l2pr6.jpg)

For example, if your WhatsApp flow template includes variables for **customer name** and **coin balance**:

![](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/-/d/9/9/4/d9947dc4cf2ed000/image32_sy5bs9.jpg)

you can map:
• username to the customer name variable,

![](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/-/d/9/9/4/d9947dc4cf2ed000/image33_larpu8.jpg)

• user balance (or equivalent field) to the coin balance variable.

![](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/-/d/9/9/4/d9947dc4cf2ed000/image35_9ej27.jpg)

![](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/-/d/9/9/4/d9947dc4cf2ed000/image36_to1e7o.jpg)

This mapping allows Nector to send dynamic values for each customer into the Bik automation flow.

### **Step 8: Create the Event and Monitor Performance**

After configuring the Flow ID and property mappings, click on **Create** in Nector to finalize the event.

The event will now appear in your Nector events list, and you can monitor statistics such as how many events have been sent and how many have bounced.

![](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/-/d/9/9/4/d9947dc4cf2ed000/image38_r53l9q.jpg)

The Nector and Bik integration is now fully configured for WhatsApp marketing communications.
