# How to check whether an order is rewarded or not ?

To check if the rewarding has happened for an order, you can do it in the following two ways:

If you want to search by a customer as reference, you can follow the below steps

### Check For A Customer

1. Go to [Customers](https://merchant.nector.io/customers) Page inside your **Loyalty Program**

2. Search for the customer for whose order you want to check if the rewarding has happened

3. Click on that particular customer and on the new page scroll to **Customer History** section

4. Click on the **View History** button in the **Orders** subsection

5. From the list of orders of the customer, click on the order where you want to check the rewarding status.

6. in the new page check the **Has Rewarding Started** and **Coins Rewarded** to check if reward was given and if so, how many coins were given as a reward.

If you want to search using the order name or id, you can follow the below steps

### Check Orders Directly

1. Go to [Orders](https://merchant.nector.io/orders) page in your dashboard

2. Search for the particular order using the order name or order id.

3. Click on that particular order.

4. in the new page check the **Has Rewarding Started** and **Coins Rewarded** to check if reward was given and if so, how many coins were given as a reward.
