# **Exporting Customer Reviews**

## **Introduction**

The **Export Review** feature allows you to download customer reviews in bulk for analysis, migration to another platform, or auditing purposes.
With flexible filters—such as rating, product selection, and customer identifiers—you can export exactly the review data you need.
Follow the steps below to export review data efficiently

### **Step 1 - Navigate to Export Review**

From the dashboard:
1. Click **Customers** in the left menu
2. Select **Export Data**
3. Locate and open **Export Review**

### **Step 2 - Choose Export Format**

Click **Export**, then select **CSV File** as your export format.
You may ignore the XML option for now.

### **Step 3 - Apply Rating Filters**

In the CSV export settings, you can filter reviews by rating:
• Export reviews **higher than** a specific rating
• Export reviews **lower than** a specific rating
💡 *Example:* Export only 4-star and 5-star reviews.

### **Step 4 - Filter by Product**

You can choose to export reviews for a **specific product**.

### **Step 5 - Enter Product Slug (Optional)**

If exporting product-specific data, enter the **product slug** to refine your results.

### **Step 6 - Export Reviews for a Specific Customer**

Enter a **customer Lead ID** to export reviews submitted by a particular customer.
💡 *Tip:* Useful for customer support or fraud review analysis.

### **Step 7 - Export Approved & Verified Reviews**

Check the box to include only:
• **Approved reviews**
• **Verified reviews**
Click **Export**.
Once processing is complete, an email containing the CSV file download link will be sent to your admin email.

### **Step 8 - Review Customer Info in Export File**

In the CSV file, you’ll see:
• Customer email
• Customer mobile number
If these fields are empty, the review may have been:
• AI-generated
• Bulk-imported
• Submitted via third-party integrations
The **review channel** field will indicate the source.

### **Step 9 - Understand Review Source Data**

Each review includes a source field showing whether it came from:
• Website
• Automation
• Imports
• Shopify
The product ID will also be included.

### **Step 10 - Product Information & Review Content**

The exported file includes:
• Product slug
• Product reference links
• Customer’s review description
• Rating value

### **Step 11 - Product Information & Review Content**

The exported file includes:
• Product slug
• Product reference links
• Customer’s review description
• Rating value

### **Step 12 - Additional Review Metadata**

The file will also include:
• Image links (if images were attached)
• Review creation dates
This data can be used to migrate reviews to another platform or for internal analysis.
You can review past exports under the **History** section.

### **Step 13 - Resend Download Link**

Click **Send Download Link** to resend the download email to your admin inbox.
