# **Exporting Coupons**

## **Introduction**

The **Export Coupons** feature lets you download coupon data generated within a specific date range. This is helpful for:
• Analysing coupon usage
• Reviewing campaign performance
• Tracking redemption activity
• Monitoring failed or expired coupons
The exported file includes coupon names, codes, types, discounts, eligibility criteria, and more. Follow the steps below to export coupon data efficiently.

### **Step 1 - Navigate to Export Data**

Go to the **Customer Data** section in your dashboard and click **Export Data** to begin exporting coupons generated during a selected period.

### **Step 2 - Select Export Coupon**

Inside the **Export Data** menu, locate the **Export Coupon** option.

### **Step 3 - Choose Date Range**

Click **Export**, then select the **date range** for which you want to export coupon data.

### **Step 4 - Apply Customer Filter (Optional)**

You can select up to a **90-day** range.
If you want to export coupons for a **specific customer**, enter the customer’s **Lead ID**, then click **Export**.
💡 *Tip:* Lead ID can be found in the Customer Details section of your dashboard.

### **Step 5 - Receive Download Link**

An email with a **download link** for the export file will be sent to your **admin email address**.

### **Step 6 - Review Export File (Coupon Basics)**

Once downloaded, the file includes:
• Customer email
• Mobile number
• Coupon name
• Coupon description
• Coupon type (e.g., manual redemption, checkout page coupon, referral coupon)

### **Step 7 - Review Code & Discount Details**

The file also displays:
• Coupon code
• Coupon type
• Discount details (e.g., ₹200 off, 20% off)
• Target page (e.g., Cart page)

### **Step 8 - Eligibility & Status Information**

Additional details include:
• Minimum cart amount (if applicable)
• Coupon status (Issued, Unavailable, Redeemed)
• Direct link to redemption instructions

### **Step 9 - Access Redemption Page**

You can click the provided **redemption link** to view the coupon’s redemption page.
The file also includes:
• Number of coins spent
• Any credits used

### **Step 10 - Expiry & Creation Dates**

If the coupon has expired, the **expiry date** will be listed.
The **creation date** of each coupon is also included.
Even if the example file shows limited data, the export will include **all relevant coupons** from within the selected date range.

### **Step 11 - Retrieve Past Export Files**

To review previous exports:
• Go to the **History** section
• Click **Send Download** to resend the file link to your email
